ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING SHAREHOLDERS 2019
On April 12th, 2019, at Yasaka – Sai Gon – Nha Trang Hotel (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province), Cam Ranh International Airport Services Jsc. Company (CIAS) has successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2019 with the presence of representatives from major shareholders, leaders of CIAS, organizations, individuals currently owning shares of CIAS.
The meeting opened at 9 am, on behalf of Board of Directors, Mr. Truong Minh Hoang – Chairman of Board of Directors chaired the AGMS. Participants of the meeting were Board of Directors and General Director, 41 shareholders, owners and representatives of 7.968.707 shares (71.8 %) of total voting shares of the Company.
Focusing on the contents of the meeting agenda, shareholders / authorized representatives and the Presidium had a straightforward and serious discussion. Shareholders paid a special attention to business and investment plan in 2019 and raised many questions to the Board of Directors and Executive Board in during the meeting.
The Presidium listened to the questions and concerns of shareholders, then arranged that in groups and provided right answers at the meeting. After a half – day of working seriously and effectively, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 of CIAS successfully concluded with absolutely approved reports and statements.
