- Providing warranty policy and customer service within contract period.
- Providing standard, quality product guarantee.

- Providing fully personal information, requirements (if any) to salesman.
- Being have the right to recieve fully about product and service information.
- Paying fully invoice according to agreement between both parties.
Implementation process:
Step 1: Customer contact to CIAS and give their requirements about products and services.
Step 2: CIAS staff consult and choose correctly products or services to customers.
Step 3: Conduct transaction
Step 4: Conduct Report and handover
Step 5: Complete transaction
Step 6: Maintain contacts and take care customers follow the policy.
