CIAS UPGRADES LOTUS LOUNGE

A business class lounge (C-lounge) is a high-class facility operated at the airports where passengers of C-class air ticket, CIP or passengers buying lounge ticket could enjoy luxury comforts beyond those afforded in the airport terminal itself, such as more comfortable seating, quieter environments, and often better access to customer service representatives.

Recently, CIAS has completed the renovation of this C-lounge (Lotus Lounge) at Terminal 1 (T1). The new Lotus Lounge has been upgraded in a modern, luxurious style but still brings to passengers a warm and cozy environment as a perfect place for preflight snooze.

 The new C-lounge has a bigger capacity than before, i.e. CIAS is able to serve many more passengers during peak hours. The top-notch buffet-line is also enhanced with a wider range of foods and drinks for better experience of the passengers.

 Bringing the new Lotus Lounge alive right before the Ky Hoi new year is definitely a step up in quality of the service-chain for domestic passengers through Cam Ranh International Airport. 

In 2019, CIAS is planning to create one more a business class lounge at T1 - Cam Ranh International Airport. With 10 years of experience in the field and professional staff, CIAS hopes to continue enhancing the experience of passengers through Cam Ranh Int’l Airport.
