THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
On 2025-04-25, at the conference room of the Yasaka-Saigon-Nha Trang Hotel (No. 18 Tran Phu, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province), the 2025 annual General Shareholders Meeting of Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company was successfully held.
According to the report on verifying the eligibility of shareholders attending the General Meeting, as of 08:30 on 2025-04-25, the total number of shareholders and authorized representatives of shareholders attending the General Meeting was 42, directly attending and representing 49 shareholders, owning and representing 12,643,551 shares, equivalent
to 67.8% of the total voting shares of the Company.
Mr. Tran Quoc Hung—Chairman of the Board of Directors—chaired the General Meeting. In addition, the General Meeting was attended by all members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Board of Management, and Chief Accountant of the Company. The General Meeting considered issues under the approval authority of the annual General Shareholders Meeting and some contents such as supplementing business lines, changing the title of Director to Chief Executive Officer (Board of Management to Board of Management), plan to cancel treasury shares, reduce charter capital, etc.
The contents of all reports, submissions, minutes, and resolutions of the general meeting were approved by the shareholders with a voting rate of 100% of the total votes of the shareholders attending and voting at the meeting.
